I am receiving extensive training from Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, in conjunction with ICF, in areas such as Emotional IQ, psychology, and coaching techniques, goal setting, and communication.

My model for team growth: ARISE
Aspire – Determine the goals of the team or its stakeholders. What is it the team would like to gain from coaching sessions?
Reality – A snapshot of where the team is right now. How well does the team work together? Are there any gaps in the team that prevent success and high performance?
Inquire – Assessments, interviews, and other diagnostic tools will be utilized to determine the wellbeing of the team.
Strength – Build on the discovered abilities of what each person brings to the team and what the team does as one.
Empower – Create the team mindset and environment of willpower and accountability.
My team coaching model will utilize the Six Types of Working Genuis. It is important for a team to know what they have present within them and what they lack. It is also important for teams to know exactly how each member is gifted and how effective they are in their role.
