Aspire – Determine the goals of the team or its stakeholders. What is it the team would like to gain from coaching sessions?
Reality – A snapshot of where the team is right now. How well does the team work together? Are there any gaps in the team that prevent success and high performance?
Inquire – Assessments, interviews, and other diagnostic tools will be utilized to determine the wellbeing of the team.
