My Background
Ron has 30 years of LCMS Lutheran congregational experience in the fields of youth ministry, college ministry, events planning, teaching, and mentoring as a Director of Christian Education.
He has worked with a wide variety of personalities, career backgrounds, and relational styles in four different congregations in California, Washington, and Texas.
He has developed a unique approach to coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus.
Ron has a ICF Level 2 Master's Degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University Irvine's Townsend Institute. He completed his undergraduate studies in Religious Education at Concordia University's Christ College, where he also obtained certification as a Director of Christian Education.
Ron has been married to his wife Beverly DuPree for 33 years. They have four grown children, two granddaughters, one grandson, three wonderful dogs, and one sassy cat. Beverly graduated from the University of North Texas with a Behavioral Analyst degree.
Ron and Beverly reside in the north Dallas-Ft. Worth the area in the city of Denton. He loves spending time with his grandchildren, sons, and daughters. Ron is also an avid automobile and motorcycle enthusiast, and he enjoys motorcycle rides with his wife, dirt bike riding, and the restoration of old cars.
